Warranty

HUDSON is pleased to offer a five year warranty on all its shells. We are confident that a well taken care of HUDSON shell will substantially outlast this warranty. All HUDSON shells are built with great care using the latest materials and techniques. We guarantee that every Hudson is built using the same construction and materials as the boats we supply to Olympic and World Championship crews. HUDSON will warrant its products to be defect free in both materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the time of delivery or shipment. Hudson also reserves the right to extend this warranty beyond five years in certain circumstances and at its discretion. This warranty does not apply to damages due to improper maintenance, improper storage, neglect, misuse, unapproved repairs or modifications and damage caused in transit. HUDSON will honour its warranty by either repairing to your satisfaction, or replacing the item. This warranty applies to all HUDSON shells and components. Items not produced by HUDSON such as electronic items will be subject to their manufacturer’s warranties and will not be covered by the warranty of HUDSON.

Note: parts including wheel bearings, shoes and oarlocks are not covered by this warranty. All warranties are F.O.B. London, Ontario.
